Interviews

Today was Justin's interview. What is somewhat interesting is that this is his very first one. In all his life and with all the different jobs he has been through he has never had to interview before. Usually he ends up being asked if he wants a job. So he is not used to having to ask someone to hire him. But he thinks it went okay. He said they asked a lot of strange questions about when the last time he had been in an argument with a coworker and what he did to resolve it. He was hoping for more of a get to know you type conversation, but he answered as best he could and now we play the waiting game. I guess they are not going to make their final decision for two weeks. I figure that is when it will start getting busier due to the pending holidays. So since we have no other option, we wait and hope for the best!
